1. What do you do at NuvoAir?

I’m the Partner Success Associate. It sounds broad and to be honest, it is but that’s not a bad thing! My primary task is to keep our clients and their patients happy and make sure they’re getting the best support I can give. I also pack and ship all our webshop orders and keep it looking spick and span and support almost every other member of the team across quality, tech, sales and brand. Let’s just say I have many hats!

2. Describe a normal day in the NuvoAir office

In the few weeks I’ve been here, I can confidently say that no two days have been the same! One thing that’s always constant here, though, is that we all make time for each other by having lunch together (and the occasional Fika). No matter how busy things can get, this remains and it’s really refreshing.

3. Why did you decide to work for NuvoAir?

I moved to Sweden two months ago with really firm ideas about the kind of company that I wanted to work for: a company that had a clear purpose to make our world a better place. NuvoAir ticked those boxes immediately on paper, and after meeting the team it was clear that everyone here really shared that purpose!

4. What do you enjoy most about working for NuvoAir?

The people. We’re a small team but everyone is really passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and it really shows in the products that we produce and the achievements we’ve made in such a short time.

5. What differentiates NuvoAir from other companies you have worked for?

Aside from being the smallest company and the only medtech company I’ve ever worked for, I think the office culture and mentality set it apart. Coming from the UK, it feels strange to see no-one eating lunch at their desk and people only staying after working hours if they really, truly need to. Everyone works together to move as quickly as possible and everyone assumes goodwill because it feels like everyone is aligned to the same purpose. Being in the office is really being in a great environment, and that’s how people can be driven to do their best.
